    What to do about China's pollution?

    China is by far the most polluting nation in the world, and that is not going to change any time soon. Their economic growth is up 10% and their population continues to grow , which can only mean one thing... they are going to need more energy. The bulk (80%) of their power comes from CO2 producing coal power.

    China uses more coal then any country, and they are usually a large exporter. Due to the rate of their growing economy and population, their need for this coal has also increased and now they are importing more coal then exporting. » read more
