    With gas prices on the up and up, national business are now switching to 4 day work weeks. Do you think there will ever be a time where Tele-Commuting and Phone Conferencing will be the way of business?

    I am excited to say that I have started a new job recently at a local hospital in my area. My field in healthcare hasn't changed but my commute has gotten shorter. I was traveling about forty minutes from my home to work everyday and now I only need to travel about ten minutes to get to work. This has saved me mileage on my vehicle and expanded the amount of time between gasoline purchases. Both of these things has helped me to reduce the amount of emissions that I produce. Also, my fiance has started to carpool in order to help reduce emissions as well. » read more

    Description: Challenge yourself to only take 10 trips in your car per month. Stay out of the car as much as possible. Just by keeping track of the amount of trips you take you'll be surprised how often you decide not to drive. Some Rules:
    • If you get in a car and drive it, it's a trip.
    • A round trip=1 trip
    • Don't make your wife/husband/child/friend be your personal driver
    That's about it.
