If you are told that a green building costs more than your source (architect, general contractor, etc.) lacks experience, knowledge, is looking to take advantage of you since the majority believes this to be true, doesn't believe in and/or use an integrated project delivery process (i.e. - TPMg=Total Project Management: Vision to the Power of Green, www.hoffman.net), and above all, doesn't "get it". » read more
