I was very fortunate to spend a bit of time with Mr. Woodard on
his Organic Dairy Farm in Waterbury, VT and it was truly one that I
will talk about for a long time to come. Not only did he provide me
with some interesting and enlightening stories on farming and life on
the farm. There were certainly a few classic out takes on this interview. But
at the end of the day I was certainly sitting down with a good Vermont
farmer who has fun while working hard on his farm and I admire that.

On a side note... This will most likely be the only organic dairy farmer I will ever meet who happened to have lived two blocks off Lincoln Blvd in Venice Beach California at one time. Such a great spirit and character and a certain favorite.

P.S. When I mentioned to Mr. Wooodard that he was pictured on the side of an organic milk carton he looks at me straight faced and says... " hell I didn't know i was missing!:) It was one of those types of visits.
