Green Valentines

Red has always been the color of Valentine's day. Roses, red boxes of chocolates, red cards, red hearts. I am sure the color signifies something. A little searching finds an answer. Pink is a delicate, almost innocent shade of red and is also connected with Saint Valentine, whose burial was said to have caused the pink almond tree to blossom. Red is a symbol of warmth and feeling...the color of the heart. . . (Sorry, the rest of this blog post disappeared into cyberspace)
