It's time to Burtify Yourself

I try not to leave home without my little yellow tubular emollient, aka my Burt's Bees Beeswax Balm. As a fan of the products and the brand itself, I had to share Burt's Bees latest website created in celebration of the 40th Earth Day. Love the sense of humor.

Don't worry, what's on the other side of the click is PG. Well, as long as you consider the photo above of me with a beard PG, it's PG. Burt, refers to Burt from Burt's Bees...the co-founder of the company, who also happens to be one of the founding participants of Earth Day forty years ago. 
At the website you upload a photo (or take a photo with your webcam), and then answer a series of questions. Each response elicits a Burt-ish accessory to add to your photo. Basically, the greener you are, the hairier you get. The site also has a bunch of green facts about the company.  For instance:

- The manufacturing facility is landfill free, meaning it sends zero waste to landfills

- By 2020, it plans on being powered solely by renewable energy

- Where possible, oil that's leftover is reused for biofuel

- No animals are ever harmed during the making and testing of its products, because Burt's Bees doesn't test its ingredients on animals

- On average its products are 99% au naturel - solely "bees and botanicals"
