FAQs Green Product Reviews
What are Green Product Reviews? Green Product Reviews are reviews of environmentally friendly products submitted by Greenopolis users. Some of these help the environment directly; others are simply delivered in a way that minimizes their impact on the environment. Either way, you can feel good about using them. Who can contribute a Green Product Review to the site? Any Greenopolis member can contribute a Green Product Review. It’s fast and easy, so if you know of a great Green Product that no one has reviewed, please add it! How do I add a Green Product Review? To add a Green Product Review, simply click "Add Product" in the navigation bar. You’ll be taken to a short form where you simply enter a bit of information about the product, and then click Submit. You can also click Preview to see what your listing will look like before you finalize it. What are Products and Services Tags? When you create a Green Product Review, you will be asked to enter Products and Services tags for that listing. Tags are the keywords that best describe your listing. When someone searches for a Green Product, the search words they enter are matched against the tags of every listing. In other words, if you choose good tags, people who are looking for your product will find it. For example, if you were listing organically-grown coffee, you might enter tags such as organic, coffee, beverage, agriculture. How do I upload an image of my Product? Locate an appropriate image of your Product, right-click the image and choose Save Image As… On the Greenopolis form, click the Browse button next to the Upload Image box, and locate the image on your computer. The image will be added to your listing. Can I make changes to a Product Review I’ve already created? Yes. When you visit the page of a Green Product you’ve reviewed, an Edit button will appear at the top of the page. Click on it, and you can make quickly changes to any part of your listing.
