Food goes in your body! You local co-op can probably help you get on board with a CSA or other farming group. Your neighbors need the investment! Seasonal recipe for the squash and corn season here in Georgia: Simple Summer Succotash 4 ears sweet corn, steamed then cut from cob 1 pint grape tomatoes 1 lb yellow squash cut to same size as tomatoes 2 cups lima beans
Saute veggies in 1 TBSP butter (or soy butter) and 1 TBSP organic salt-free cajun seasoning (Frontier makes a great one you can get at the co-op in the bulk section)
