Shopping Bags?

My family doesn't get that you're supposed to take used grocery bacs back to the store next time you go! They never even ask "No bag, please." Thats just them being deaf because I tell them every time they go shopping. Makes sure to ask for no bag on items such as milk jugs, bread, and other large grceries. (1 vote) »

No Bag, Thank You
If I'm buying only one or two items, I appreciate when the store employees ask me if I do want a bag. Sometimes I've become distracted putting away my change and I forget to say, "No bag please." I thank the store associate for asking me.
It does help to have someone in charge of remembering to bring the bags from the car or from home.

Go with them! bring the bags yourself, that way you KNOW that the bags are going back to the place they came from. And convert your family to cloth bags so that there is no question about the bag they use, it's either the bags you bring or no bags for your groceries.
