I posted the cat at the window in the front door when I left for work this morning. He's there most of the day anyway, but today he has an assignment.  Watch for UPS to bring the Greenopolis exhibit display.  It's 5:10 p.m. I just called home and spoke with my husband.  No delivery on the porch yet; meanwhile, the cat is sprawled on the carpet, letting down his guard while washing his face.

Tomorrow begins Edison GreenFest.  The first green living festival in Collier County, Florida on the campus of Edison State College.  For the past six months I've been working with a grass roots team of faculty and students to bring this festival to the college and to the community.

This area of Florida is not a hotbed of green culture, mind you.  Plenty of culture, and plenty of greenback dollars but not so much of the green we're used to talking about here.

 So Edison GreenFest is a first and as one of the founding members of Greenopolis, I called upon the honorary city Mayor to let me bring Greenopolis to GreenFest.

It starts tomorrow with student day followed by two days of free to the public festivities.  I'm really hoping the exhibit display arrives before the night is out.
