Is Recycling Really Important??

so is recycling really important?? Well, with too much waste, the Earth will run out of room and be contaminated by too much garbage. The best way we have found so far to prevent this is the three words as followed:

  • reduce
  • reuse
  • recycle

Yes, if we do not take part in these three words, instead of the sun burning out in billions of years, we will destroy ourselves. Either with too much air pollution, global warming, or maybe just a giant nucular bomb wiping us all out. It is pretty depressing if we knock all likfe off the Earth before nature does so. Let's prevent this from happening and make a differnce! Even by one person recycling can make a small difference, but if we all recycle we all can, changing the Earth into a natura, happy to be in enviornment.

Cities throughout North America and around the world are recognizing that commercial, coin-op laundromats are actually a greener way to wash your clothes.

On the surface, this may seem strange but governmental studies confirm that using laundromats is a more efficient and planet-friendly alternative to laundering your clothes at home.

Why?

It's simple - Laundromat owners are usually interested primarily in making a profit when someone walks into their location to do their laundry but he/she is limited in how much he/she can charge for this service based upon what his/her customer is willing to pay. Therefore, the laundromat owner can really only increase his/her profit by decreasing the amount of energy that is used per load.

The laundromat owner does this simply by buying and supplying washers and dryers that are super-efficient (much more efficient than even the high-end home models available) and thus use LESS ENERGY to do a load of laundry - and increasing the profit.

What a wonderful symbiotic relationship between capitalism and conservation. In this rare case, EVERYONE WINS! The customer gets a reasonable price for the service he/she is looking for, the business owner makes a fair profit and the impact on the environment is greatly reduced... All at the same time!
