The Qualities of a Prius Owner

Cognitive Daily, an interesting blog offering a daily article on cognitive psychology, recently posted a study that examined the traits that typify a Toyota Prius owner. In a nutshell, they're the same as Mac owners. This study found similarities across the board between the owners of these two iconic products.

We know that Prius owners exhibit strong brand loyalty, but this study went a bit deeper than that, examining how these people felt about the labels that are often applied to them by others (smart, liberal, concerned with the environment, etc.). And for the most part, Prius owners agreed with these labels. Except for attractiveness, that is. Prius owners must be either modest or not very good looking, as they rated themselves lower on this adjective than and other group studied.
