Hi, I'm new here. For all of you, I'm Michelle. Today's blog entry is gonna be on recycling, a thing my classroom in school does.not.have. You see, in the beginning of the school year, someone asked, "Where's the recycling bin?" and my teacher casually replied, "We do not have one". At first, I didn't mind. But lately, I've been looking in our garbage bins, and there's the usual trash...and paper! Lots and lots of paper! I would ask to get one, but I think she'd say no. I get kind of upset because no one else has a problem with this. And plus, when we do have recycling, people throw tissues (used) in there! Gross.
I guess I should ask what to do. Yep. What to do? (1 vote) »

Keep trying!
You are right to think that recycling is very important. You should ask if your classroom could get a recycling bin. If your teacher says no, talk to other people in your school about it. Talk to classmates about the importance of recycling as well. Every little bit counts! Keep up the good work!
