The Lazy Environmentalist is possibly one of the most useful newsletters that come through my inbox every day or so. There's no fancy pictures, no complicated links, or videos, just a few paragraphs about what I can do to save the planet, and save money, while still being able keep up with my busy lifestyle. Working in a brand new administrative office for a major university going green, and being incharge of telling the world about it and making it happen, is tough and time consuming. 

A recent e-mail I received let me in on a way to recycle old electronics, from my home, and GET PAID. It's called Gazelle.com, and it's a free service, with free shipping to send off you old electronics for money. They'll even send you a box, if you qualify. And you can have the funds sent to your paypal account, which you can then, from your computer, send to your bank account. No leaving the house, or office, or anywhere. And you get paid for saving the planet. you can even opt for having your money go towards the cause of your choice. I got $24 for sending in my old graphics calculater. 

Oh and if they can't pay you, they make a guarantee that none of you item will end up in a landfill.
