So my wife and I have purchased an urban infill lot in the city and we are preparing to build on it this coming spring. As an architect we are now making decisions, both environmental and fiscal that determined everything from our lot purchase to our design and material choices. Some of the discussions so far have been: - Purchase a lot within the city.
