The "Green" Diet

Hey Ya'll,

Well, I myself, (Being a tad bit tubby, and missing my chin) have decided to explore the  "Green" Diet. Yep, I'm talking about Vegetarianism. This is only my first week or so, but I've cut out all of my sodas and candy. (Much to the dismay of my sweet tooth) and have been slowly moving off of those temptations such as Meat. After walking into my local Walmart, I found that I was much more conscious of the amount of salt and just random sludge and grudge in our favorite products. I don't know if it was my mind doing it to me, or just because i had knowledge of it. But with that knowledge. I now will include 5 products that may look good to eat, but are probably not if you're on a diet.

#1:Lunchables!- Loaded with  MSG, This snack will just dehydrate kids and adults alike..Not worth it.

#2: Hot Dogs- Not all hotdogs, but there are those crappy cut-rate hot dogs that you should stay away from because they contain more byproducts than anything. A good turkey dog is hard to come by. I even like Veggie dogs!

#3: Potato Chips!- Yes, I love potato chips, but the temptation must be curved! Settle for a baked snack, they're lower in saturated fat and taste better too!

#4: Ranch Dressing!- Yes, Ranch Dressing, Oh how I love you so! You must begin to buy the lighter stuff, or perhaps go with an italian dressing and cut down the salt and fat even more.

#5: SODA!!- YES, THE TEMPTATION IS VERY GREAT, BUT YOU CAN DO IT! Get rid of highly caramelized sodas in favor of clear sodas, or for an added weight loss,
