When I was a Target this past weekend reloading on Method products I came across an unknown frozen organic food section that magically appeared out of nowhere! Well actually...it HAS been there, just hidden from me! But it just made me happy to find another major retailer supplying organic food products...and common names we know like Annie's, Amy's, Kashi, etc. Most of you probably know that, but when I'm coming home late from night classes at culinary school, it's great to have an all-organic ''quick meal." ---even though I prefer making it on my own! But anyway, look into it...they're usually cheaper than most other stores, like Trader Joe's...or an IL/WI local grocer Woodman's. The Kashi spinach and feta pizza looks good and it's under 4 bucks!

I sent Amy’s an email, telling them how much I loved their frozen dinners, and they mailed me some coupons! I am completely in love with their cheese enchilada dinner. Also, if you have a QFC in your area (not sure how far east they go), they print a little free paper, called something like ‘Optimum’. This is free, and they usually have a coupon for $1.00 off of two Amy’s frozen dinners. Not much, but when you are broke, it helps!
Awesome find at Target, though. I’ll have to check it out!
