cars vs. hybrids

Burn natural gas

We should ban selling and new vehicles (cars/trucks) that run on gas or diesel. We need to convert to natural gas while electric is being developed. If we ban selling gasoline/diesel it still will take 20 years to get them all off the road, but at least we aren't increasing out demand on imported oil. So why bail out GM if they continue selling gas guzzlers?
