only joining green sites is not the way to support. u can also support by motivating others to live a greener lifestyle.

search for festivals and fairs around your area. I know when I was in college we had Solar Fest in the town and on campus, they had bands that were powered by solar panels, and organic food stands, and plants stands among other things.
Also, create your own day with family and friends! Such as "no meat mondays" or "recycle day" once a month to bring the recycling to the center if you don't have curbside pick up.

i think right here is the best site for being green. There is so much support here through blogs and forums to bounce your ideas off other environmentally friendly people it's great! I love checking everyday to see what news or ideas other users have generated.
