Can somebody help me save paper?

It seems a lot harder than I thought. I am trying to convince website owners to use the free printgreen code on their pages in order to reduce the number of pages printed. But the messages seem not to be getting through. Can someone suggest a better way than email? The printgreen code, once added to a webpage, displays a message whenever someone tries to print, urging them not to do so and suggests they would contribute to planting trees instead. It can be found at http://printgreen.xywidgets.com . It does not prevent the printing itself, but makes the user stop and think and perhaps cancel the print.
