Green LionsGate Film?

I hear that the new film Battle for Terra is going to have an environmental focus - has anyone else heard this? It's animated, 3D and has an all-star cast, so this could really draw a lot of people to the theater - and get a great message across. This excites me. :)

 I'm always looking for conscious media, but this film should have a really large appeal (Luke Wilson, Amanda Peet, Rachel Evans Wood, Brian Cox, Dennis Quaid, etc.)  and will be great for kids and teens. Woohoo! Comes out in theaters May 1st - and on top of all that, it looks really cute. It's about a peaceful planet that live in harmony with nature and celebrate life. The drama is that humans try to take the planet over because they have destroyed Earth through depleting its natural resources and have no place to live. I hear that the end is positive for all involved though - and that it not only addresses living green, but also social tolerance and peace.

Maybe this will start a new trend!
