About MeI seem pretty granola, but really I'm just incredibly pragmatic. I'm in my early 30's, had my 16 year old cat for 9 years (yay kitty!!) and just got the american bulldog in the picture. Alot of my green ethos is founded in my more general want to contribute more than I take, and how incredibly uncomfortable harm from my actions makes me.
On that note, once I heard about the giant plastic continent in the Pacific gyre, I gave up all plastics. Well, I tried to... I've found they are embedded in our life, on my half year stint to eliminate them. Now I know why people are making their own yogurt and dog treats.
*sigh* there's so much to do, there's nothing to do but start.
