Edging my way to a green lifestyle has brought plenty of questions. Like - -how far do I have to drive anyway, to recycle these packing peanuts? I'm willing and I'm getting there but let's be sensible. I'll get answers, and I'd like some company on the trip. Meet GreenHomeLadyAbout MeI'm a Floridian who actually grew up in this state, a green-hearted citizen, a stewardhsip consultant and a writer. I live near the beach in an Old Florida style house with a big front porch where I spend a lot of time "thinking". For eight years, I was the Environmental Stewardship Manager for a production builder and I continue to serve on the Board for several state and national green organizations. I think I'm a responsible rational citizen, in many ways conservative but in some ways not so much. Our culture needs adjusting and starting with myself, I'm working on it, practicing as i preach and looking for the brighter side.
