I joined Greenopolis because I know that being environmentally conscious can't possibly be as hard, inconvenient, or expensive as the trendiest green offerings that seem to be the most prominent solutions in my area. I first became more aware when I began volunteering as the marketing/eco-outreach consultant for a remanufactured printing cartridge company outside of Boston, I realized even the smallest thing - like tin foil from a Hershey's kiss, can have a profound effect on the environment.
