About Me
The primary cause of global warming is carbon dioxide emitted into the atmosphere by burning fossil fuels which we use to power our cars and homes and produce the goods we consume. Invididuals are a major part of the problem but the good news is that we can also be a major part of the solution. Everyday we can significanly reduce of CO2 emissions by:
-Reducing solid waste
-Reducing hot water used in showers
-Reducing water used for washing dishes and brushing our teeth
-Washing and drying our clothes efficiently
-Turning down the thermostat
-Reducing vehicle miles traveled and keeping our cars in-tune and tires inflated properly
-Installing energy efficient lights
-Encouraging people you know to reduce their carbon foot print
