being a vegan i wuld most definatly check it out! hhowever it is an aquired tast, but most wuld like it! but it wuld probally be most prosperous in a food court at a mall or in the uptown city.

well, my friend and i are thinking about starting up a small business as soon as we graduate college. i guess by hummus cafe, we mean a place where different types of hummus is served or bought with different items to put it on. a chill environment, maybe some of the jewelry and things we make would be available for purchase too. thanks for your input!
