Would you eat bugs (crickets, larvae...) because they are a more environmentally friendly food than beef, pork, etc?

Most bugs not kosher
I don't eat pork for this reason either. Eating local organic fruits and vegetables is the lowest impact food in general. Grass fed meat is healthier than grain fed and better for the environment- if meat eating is not a moral issue for you.
Keep writing on the food aspects of sustainabiilty- very important and I'd like to see a secton here about food with recipes- maybe a Greenopolis cookbook with menus?
