I wonder who first thought of this idea. Well thank goodness, not only does it help the environment, but it's cost effective!!!
Grass cuttings
I wonder if people will be able to contribute to this by contributing grass cuttings or such. Might work like the recycling of aluminum cans... where people get so much per pound or something. Might encourage people to turn in their grass clippings rather than illegally dumping it or putting it in a landfill.
