Excellent Habit
By eating the seasonal fruits and vegetables we can not only save huge energy required for preservation, supply chain logistics etc., but it suites our body requirement also. If we examine nature closely we can observe that nature produces food according to the seasonal requirement of body. Watermelon is available in summer when our body requires more water. Similarly nuts are available in winter when our body require high minerals and concentrated food.
