Online Safety

Online Do's and Don'ts
Parental Controls

Here at Greenopolis, we hope that our members will learn more about the environment and what they can do to protect it, interact with other “green” people and have fun. But we also want our members to stay safe. Greenopolis.com is a social networking site, and because of this, some basic precautions should be taken to stay safe. Check out OnGuardOnline.gov for more information on how to keep safe online.

For information geared towards teen safety, check out this page.

When in doubt, use common sense. Every guide to online safety agrees that this is the single best way to stay safe. So use your intuition or gut instinct. If something doesn't feel right to you, consider why this is the case.

We hope that you enjoy your time on Greenopolis. Have fun, and stay safe!
