Mike Lieberman

Mike is a Brooklyn native that currently resides in Los Angeles where he walks his talk as a “living, breathing demonstration of how sustainable living is possible anywhere.” He shows others how they can do the same on his own blog canarsiebk.com, and also writes for a variety of environmental sites on the web. He was contacted by Greenopolis on Twitter, and now blogs and creates videos about urban organic gardening, raw food recipes and green do-it-yourself designs for the site.

To live a green life Mike simply lives his life. He says that he’s “been doing a lot of these things for a while, but now he's more aware of the impacts of his decisions.” This awareness is what inspires him to document his urban green lifestyle for interested fans.

Currently Mike is growing an organic vegetable garden with limited land space on his Los Angeles balcony, he’s constantly creating raw vegan recipes, and he’s demonstrating daily actionable steps on how to be earth friendly.
