Larry O'Donnell - Undercover Boss
We sent an e-mail to WMCares and Larry & no one from WM has bothered to contact us. Our small county is being divided because WM wants to site a landfill in it. They have promised jobs, lots of economic benefit, but they have not answered all of our questions about the environmental & social impacts this will have on our small community. The province of Alberta, Canada does not need another landfill..........WM has the option to haul the industrial & commercial waste to a site that has capacity for the entire country of Canada for 100 years!!!!
Larry if you really care like you say you do.........why aren't you answering us??
True Reality
Mr. O'Donnell
"Family is most important", and"You take safety seriously"
How could one of your drivers break the law in one of your big trucks, take a life while driving that truck(and breaking the law), be on paid leave 17 months, you pay for his defense, he be found innocent, and go right back to work as a driver for you? I guess money does buy quite a bit. Is any employee held accountable for their actions, or inactions? Or is it all about money? Any real stories like this going to be part of your "Reality" show?

Larry O'Donnel (Undercover Boss)
I am very proud of Mr. O'Donnel. He got down and dirty with his employees, doing their jobs and now he knows exactly what it is all about. It was touching for him. Perhaps more CEO's need to do the same as he did and this would bring them to their senses because without the employees, there is "no company".
proud
I really liked the show. It made me even more proud to be an employee. Not that i want to admit this, but it made me tear up at times. Im a long time employee of WM and really proud of this place. They have their problems like all companies, but overall they are a great company to work for and i think will be even better after this.Thank you Mr. o'donnell for doing this show, you made me proud.
O'Donnell is a dolt
Gees what a bozo O'Donnell is. He meets four people and all of a sudden he decides that they were special people in his organization. Even the guy who wouldn't show him how to do the job but ran his mouth about how great he was turned out to be such a positive person in his estimation. Why do you think they say "out of sight is out of mind". How are you going to make the tough decisions when you get to know everybodies personal story. Go back to your ivory tower O'Donnell the real world is too tough for you.
response to jedi
Don't be a hater, at least he had the courage to do this show. Just so you know i've known people in this company that have met him and he is a genuine person not fake at all.
What a fun show.
We really enjoyed undercover boss and Larry O'Donnell seems like a genuine guy. Can't wait for next week's episode.
